  1. Add 250g of leek, 50g olive oil |5 sec, speed 5
  2. Add now the heads and the shells of the prawns | temp 100, 5 min, speed 5
  3. Now add 500g water, salt 1 tsp, parsley 1 tsp. Add mussels in Varoma recipient and place on the bowl | temp 120/Varoma, 10 min, speed 2
  4. Reserve mussels (discard shells), strain the broth and reserve.
  5. Wash thermomix bowl and add 2 garlic cloves | 5 sec, speed 5 reverse
  6. Add one onion, 300g potatoes, 50G butter | 5 sec, speed 5
  7. Now add 400g chopped tomatoes | temp 120/Varoma, 7 min, speed 2
  8. Add reserved mussels and broth, place white fish in Varoma and place it on the bowl | temp 120, 10 min, speed 1
  9. Add fish to the bowl | 1 min, speed 1-10 progressive 
  10. Add 300g single cream | 1 min, speed 5
  11. Add salt & pepper to taste
